Bookings and Payments

When booking your stay with us we require a cheque (in £’s sterling) as deposit to cover the first night’s stay. This is non refundable and the cheque should be made out to P. O’Callaghan within 1 week of making your booking. Should you decide to leave early due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be asked to pay for any remaining booked nights. If we are able to re let the room, a refund will be made. Rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival and we ask guests to leave by 10am on the day of departure so that we can prepare the room for incoming guests. Payment for your stay should be made either by cash or cheque. We are currently unable to accept payment by any form of debit or credit card or foreign currencies. We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements. Please mention this when booking as we may need to prepare for this in advance.
