A warm welcome awaits you on every visit to our home, Priory View Bed & Breakfast.
We are centrally located in the small village of Coldingham, 2 minutes walk away from pubs with eating facilities & the historical Priory. Coldingham has a beautiful sandy beach and many secluded coves.
Back in 1963, Priory View was once the police station/police house for Coldingham - now it has been transformed into our home which we hope will make you feel at home too!
Nearby are golf courses, excellent diving sights at St Abbs and Eyemouth, and fishing opportunities at lochs, rivers and the sea. You can also do a spot of bird watching at St. Abbs Head nature reserve, and if you are feeling energetic there are many cycling and walking routes.

Short Break to see Family
Excellent!!! Dawn is so friendly and provides a wonderful cooked breakfast - sets you up for the day!!! Cereal first if you are brave enough then bacon, egg, beans, tomato, sausage, black pudding, mushrooms, haggis, toast & fried bread! We were in the family room (number 3) as we had our dog with us. The bed is so comfy, room is very clean and shower very good. Dawn is happy for guests to use the garden and is always on hand for a chat. Our dog Holly loved the garden and borrowing Tuesday's toys! Lovely, lovely place - we will return!
Friendly hosts and comfortable rooms
A two night stay while scuba diving at St Abbs only a few minutes drive away ... Ideally located for two local pubs both serving good evening meals ... Good friendly service by the hosts Paul & Dawn .. Can't fault the breakfast ... Will be back in 2016
